Athletic Trainer: Josh Horner, ATC

Josh began his position with Beacon Orthopaedics & Princeton High School in August 2015. He graduated with his Bacehlor's Degree of Atheltic Training from Northern Kentucky University in 2015.

He is a local graduate from Oak Hills High School. 


Medical Director: Dr. Timothy Kremchek

Timothy E. Kremchek, M.D. is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who is fellowship trained in sports medicine. A 1986 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Dr. Kremchek completed fellowships in total joint reconstruction and sports medicine in both Boston and Birmingham, AL, at the Alabama Sports Medicine Institute. In addition to his commitment as the Medical Director for the Cincinnati Reds and the entire minor league affiliates, he also serves as team physician for Archbishop Moeller High School and many other high schools and colleges, including Wilmington College and Wittenberg University.

Dr. Kremchek specializes in the advanced open and arthroscopic treatment and reconstruction of the shoulder, elbow and knee.

In 2003, along with his partners, Dr. Kremchek opened Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Center in Sharonville, a northern suburb of Cincinnati, offering MRI, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and out-patient surgery in a state-of-the-art single specialty center; where medical students, residents and sports medicine fellows are taught the art of arthroscopic orthopaedic surgery.
